My name is Scott Moshier and I’ve been an IT professional in the mid-west for 20 years.  I’ve worked in various industries like: travel, financial services government and healthcare.  I’ve worked in various positions such as a operations analyst, data analyst, developer, project manager and various flavors of IT management…including managing developers, support analysts, DBA’s and system administrators.

My goal is to call out various things that you think about but are sometimes difficult to bring up in the companies.  I’m trying to convene a community to share common challenges and successes to help IT folks in their everyday jobs.  Thanks for checking in!
